YOGA FOR BEGINNERS SERIES Next series TBD ADITI STUDIO
The 4 week beginners series is a great introduction to yoga & also suitable for those looking to revisit foundational principles of yoga. In this workshop-style class, you will build knowledge and confidence in your alignment, increase flexibility and strength, release tension, and develop concentration and body awareness. This series is designed to provide an understanding of basic breath practices and yoga postures, including an introduction to vinyasa (flow) yoga. The culmination of the course June 26th is a Level 1 Hatha Flow class. Beginners, teens and tweens are encouraged to join! Offered at Aditi Yoga/Bodywork 4206 Stone Way N in Seattle. TEENS WELCOME!
