Hello, I’m Jenny

I’m the founder of Aligned Yoga, and I believe yoga is a gift you give yourself, a way of becoming more present, more appreciative, and more at ease in your everyday life.

For me, yoga has always been about more than the physical poses. It’s a wholehearted practice, one that weaves together movement, breath, reflection, and the way we live. Over time, it became a way of listening more deeply to myself and to life, and of learning how to meet each moment with greater honesty and care.

I create spaces, in the studio and on retreat, that feel grounded, welcoming, and intentionally held. My hope is that when you step into this work, you feel supported in finding emotional freedom, vitality in your body, and a sense of ease that carries beyond the mat and into your relationships, your work, and your daily life.

Aligned Yoga grew from a vision of sanctuary, a place to arrive as you are, without pretense, and to practice in a way that honors your whole and beautifully imperfect humanity.
