Classes are intentionally held and designed to support:
  • a deeper connection to your body
  • the ability to slow down and notice what’s emerging
  • awareness in real time
  • integration beyond the mat

You’ll move, breathe, pause, and begin to listen to and trust the wisdom held within your body.

There is space to build strength and space to soften - it is a space for every body.

How It Works

Yoga classes are offered through a seasonal series - a membership-style container designed to support consistency without rigidity.

When you join, you’ll have access to all classes within that season and can attend based on what works for your schedule.

You’re not locked into a fixed routine or expected to attend every session.

The Cadence

The seasonal series creates consistency while still allowing for natural shifts in energy and pace.

Classes are intimate, intentionally paced, and often include space to settle in before or after - whether through quiet moments, tea, or simple connection.

Once enrolled, you can view the class schedule and choose which sessions to attend based on your availability.

All classes take place in person at Jenny’s Home Retreat Sanctuary, a peaceful, intentionally created space within the city designed to support deeper presence.

There’s something that happens when you’re here, in your body, in your breath, and in relationship to the space and others within it.
