The Dual Experience
Discover a retreat thoughtfully split into two contrasting worlds. The city portion in Barcelona is entirely self-guided, curated for you to encounter dynamic urban architecture and local flavor in your own alignment. The second portion transports us to La Cura in Girona—a sanctuary tailored for deep element-attuned practices, peaceful farm-to-table nourishment, and pure luxurious rest.
🏙️ Barcelona Urban Stays
Settle into historic apartment living right within the pulsing Gothic Quarter. We share five beautiful 2-bedroom flats in the same building (with elevator access) located at Carrer d'Obradors, 9. Jenny's apartment nearby serves as our central hub for supplies, community check-ins, and light morning gatherings.
🧘 Urban Practice Sanctum
Our weekend city home for movement is Yoga Born Studio, situated at Carrer de la Volta de la Perdiu, 2. It sits a beautiful 12-minute neighborhood walk from our living quarters, with nearby metro access via Liceu (L3), Drassanes, and Jaume I (L4).

📋 MANDATORY TRAVEL VISA BRIEF
- UK Layover Routing: You must secure an online UK ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) prior to boarding if your flights route or connect through London or any UK airport.
- EU ETIAS Requirement: The European Union has formally postponed the debut of the ETIAS visa registration mandate to 2026. No standard EU visa system authorization is required for our Autumn 2025 journey.

- Afternoon Free window for personal monument tours & historical exploration.

- 6:00pm Group Culinary Tour (EatWith Guided Food Tour booked 6-9pm).

- 9:00am Mindfulness Practice & Dharma Talk at Jenny’s apartment.
- 12:30pm Guided La Sagrada Família Tour + Towers (*Please Venmo $50 to @laura-newborn).
- 7:00pm Optional: Rooftop Yoga Class with local guest teacher (€12 pre-booking).

- 2:00pm Picasso Museum Group Excursion (Coordinated directly with Amy).
- Afternoon Open City Exploration. The day is entirely your own adventure.

- 11:00am Check out from city apartment flats.
- 1:00pm Group gathering at Jenny’s to head to Barcelona Sants Train Station.
- 3:00pm Train departure to Girona (45m rail journey + 25m taxi up to La Cura).
